  I took an engagement ring late November to be resized so I could propose to my gf on Christmas. The store told me it would be done on the 19th. On the 21st on my day only day off from work I drove to farmington only to be told that there was a mix up and apparently they never started on the ring because the jewler needed permission to do something however I was not called or notified at all. I was then told it would be ready Saturday and they would bring it and apologized. As Saturday rolled around they tell us it won't be ready till after Christmas. However the manager of the store did jump through hoops to make it up to me, resizing the ring for free and giving me a fairly nice engagement ring for free as well to use instead. However I would still prefer to have the actual ring as intended.

  This place is horrible. Bought a ring needed it sized they said no problem you should get it on the 9th. Well the 9th rolls around and nothing my wife goes in to pick up hers that we had done at the same time. They inform her that mine can't be sized and they had to order a new one. The people that work here don't know a thing about there products there isn't a professional among them. Needles to say I cancelled my order and don't plan on giving them any more business
