  I usually dont post reviews... however after the rudeness I received via a lady in the pharmacy over the phone ..after a simple question to clarify...well here I am. I didn't get your name...although having been there often I could easily match the voice to your face. I understand bad days and especially in customer service it can be a constant thing....but ya know..being aggressive ...condescending and defensive within a few seconds of our convo doesnt help matters. I asked simply a question about why a medication was this amount when i had just been told by insurance that my copay shouldn't even be half of what I was charged. I asked in a polite manner and simply stated hey I dont know if Im in the right area, maybe you can help me....I came in and paid this much but was told it should only be this much...i just wanted to see if maybe I am doing something wrong or maybe you could clarify the price and if that med is going through my deductible..... immediately "Well I dont know but im not the one making the prices....YOU should call your insurance. (Considering I had just mentioned I just got off the phone with insurance and had stated this is what they told me im just clarifying as I could have heard wrong ". ) ...immediately again...."yeah well thats something you will have to look into insurance about"...."oh ok than""" **click** ...wasnt even able to say ok thank you. Sad part is ... I believe I have dealt with this same individual a few times. I have ignored it up until now. Let me spell it out for you....YOU are probably the reason you have so many "annoying customers " as YOU come off dismissive and make even those asking a simple question feel like they have just pulled your last straw. I hope you figure out a way to communicate more effectively as you are causing your own misery and quite frankly others as well. On another note there are some other wonderful staff there that make this store somewhere I still go and rate at least 2 stars ....I hope this staff member in pharmacy finds something a bit more suitable for her. No one should be this unhappy to work around.
