  I had placed an order for cabinets, and they were different from when the product came in. The color was wrong, the doors slide, they are different colors throughout each door, and I did not receive the quality cabinet that I had paid for. The owner and saleswoman (who was fired shortly after) have been to my house to fix some of the door sliding problem, but that did not resolve the color issue.I have contacted the manufacturer as to what to do about the color, and the only thing is to sand, prime, and repaint. I had a painter give me a quote and it will cost $3,000. Now the owner is telling me this is my fault, and over the last year I have tried to work with her. She is rude, and not customer friendly in the least bit. Over the last year, all the employees except the receptionist (who is the only nice person in this business) have left due to issues with the owner. Kathy Hogan is not a business person. Lowes in stock cabinets are better quality then what Kathy sells.
